6. TRAINING BOOKINGS & SLOT RESERVATIONS
Training applications may require payment of booking fees, reservation fees, application fees, deposits, or training fees.
Submission of payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance into a training program.
PAFY Professional reserves the right to review applications and determine eligibility.
Where an application is declined by PAFY Professional, refunds may be processed in accordance with applicable policies.
Failure to attend scheduled training sessions may result in loss of booking amounts or training fees.
7. PRODUCT ORDERS
All product orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
