These Training Terms & Conditions (“Training Terms”) govern all training programs, workshops, certification programs, webinars, educational events, hands-on sessions, online learning modules, recorded training content, partner salon onboarding programs, and educational services conducted by PAFY Professional (“PAFY Professional”, “PAFY”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By registering for, attending, participating in, paying for, or accessing any training program conducted by PAFY Professional, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Training Terms & Conditions.
1. TRAINING PURPOSE
PAFY Professional training programs are designed to provide professional education, technical knowledge, product understanding, consultation guidance, application methodologies, and business development insights for salon professionals.
Training programs are educational in nature and do not constitute employment, franchise rights, partnership rights, territory rights, or guaranteed business opportunities.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Training programs are intended primarily for:
• Salon Owners
• Hairdressers
• Beauty Professionals
• Salon Managers
• Technical Trainers
• Professional Beauty Industry Participants
PAFY Professional reserves the right to approve, reject, postpone, or cancel any application at its sole discretion.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.
3. TRAINING FEES
Training fees may include:
• Registration fees
• Booking fees
• Application fees
• Reservation amounts
• Certification fees
• Training program fees
All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule communicated by PAFY Professional.
PAFY Professional reserves the right to modify training fees, pricing structures, and payment terms at any time.
4. TRAINING SLOT RESERVATION
A booking amount may be required to request or reserve a training slot.
Submission of a booking amount does not automatically guarantee:
• Training approval
• Training scheduling
• Certification eligibility
• Territory access
• Partner status
Training slots remain subject to review, trainer availability, scheduling feasibility, and approval by PAFY Professional.
5. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
Participants agree to complete all required payments before training begins unless otherwise approved in writing.
PAFY Professional reserves the right to:
• Refuse attendance
• Postpone training
• Withhold certification
• Restrict access to training materials
where outstanding payments remain due.
6. TRAINING FORMAT
Training may be conducted through one or more of the following formats:
• Live in-salon training
• Hands-on training
• Classroom sessions
• Online sessions
• Recorded sessions
• Hybrid training programs
• Demonstrations
• Workshops
• Webinars
Training formats may be modified without prior notice where necessary.
7. TRAINING SCHEDULING
Training schedules are subject to:
• Trainer availability
• Geographic planning
• Travel schedules
• Minimum participation requirements
• Operational considerations
PAFY Professional reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, or cancel training sessions.
Reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants of scheduling changes.
8. ATTENDANCE REQUIREMENTS
Participants are responsible for:
• Arriving on time
• Being prepared for training
• Following trainer instructions
• Maintaining professional conduct
Failure to participate adequately may impact certification eligibility.
9. HANDS-ON TRAINING
Certain training programs may involve:
• Live models
• Client demonstrations
• Practical sessions
• Product application
Participants acknowledge that:
• Individual outcomes may vary
• Demonstration results are not guaranteed
• Hair condition varies between individuals
• Professional judgment remains essential
PAFY Professional shall not be responsible for participant errors, misuse, or improper execution following training.
10. CERTIFICATION
Certification may be awarded following successful completion of applicable training requirements.
Certification confirms participation and completion of a training program.
Certification does not guarantee:
• Technical mastery
• Commercial success
• Client acquisition
• Service outcomes
• Revenue generation
• Business growth
• Territory protection
PAFY Professional reserves the right to refuse, suspend, revoke, or withdraw certification where necessary.
11. CERTIFICATION MISUSE
Certification may be suspended or revoked if a participant:
• Makes false claims
• Misrepresents training scope
• Uses unauthorized protocols
• Misuses brand assets
• Engages in unethical practices
• Violates Company policies
Revocation may occur without refund.
12. NO RECORDING POLICY
Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not:
• Record training sessions
• Photograph proprietary materials
• Reproduce presentations
• Share training content
• Publish training materials
• Distribute proprietary information
Unauthorized recording or distribution may result in immediate removal from the training program and legal action where appropriate.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All training content remains the exclusive intellectual property of PAFY Professional.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Protocols
• Presentations
• Educational materials
• Videos
• Manuals
• Worksheets
• Diagrams
• Certification systems
• Training methodologies
No participant acquires ownership rights to any intellectual property through participation in training.
14. PHYTOTHERAPY PROTOCOL ACCESS
Certain protocols, systems, methodologies, and training materials may be restricted to trained or certified participants.
PAFY Professional reserves the right to:
• Restrict access
• Modify access requirements
• Limit distribution
• Suspend protocol access
at its sole discretion.
15. PARTNER SALON STATUS
Completion of training does not automatically create:
• Exclusive territory rights
• Franchise rights
• Guaranteed lead allocation
• Guaranteed marketing support
• Guaranteed business opportunities
Partner status remains subject to ongoing compliance with Company requirements.
16. MARKETING SUPPORT DISCLAIMER
PAFY Professional may provide:
• Marketing materials
• Educational resources
• Content templates
• Lead support
• Promotional assistance
Such support is discretionary and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
No guarantee of client acquisition or business growth is provided.
17. TRAINING RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Training outcomes depend upon:
• Participant skill
• Experience level
• Service execution
• Consultation quality
• Product usage
• Business practices
• Market conditions
PAFY Professional does not guarantee specific professional, financial, technical, or commercial outcomes.
18. PHOTO, VIDEO & TESTIMONIAL CONSENT
Participants may be photographed, recorded, or documented during training programs.
By participating, you grant PAFY Professional permission to use:
• Photographs
• Videos
• Testimonials
• Training footage
• Case studies
for educational, promotional, marketing, advertising, social media, website, and commercial purposes.
19. REFUND POLICY
Training fees, booking fees, registration fees, deposits, certification fees, and reservation amounts are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may be considered solely at the discretion of PAFY Professional.
Attendance failure, change of mind, business circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or participant decisions shall not automatically qualify for refunds.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PAFY Professional shall not be liable for:
• Business losses
• Revenue losses
• Service outcomes
• Client disputes
• Professional errors
• Participant negligence
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
arising from training participation or subsequent service performance.
21. INDEMNIFICATION
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAFY Professional, its owners, employees, trainers, consultants, representatives, affiliates, and partners from claims arising from:
• Service execution
• Professional negligence
• Product misuse
• Unauthorized claims
• Customer complaints
• Misrepresentation
• Violation of these Training Terms
22. MODIFICATION OF TRAINING TERMS
PAFY Professional reserves the right to modify these Training Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Continued participation shall constitute acceptance of revised terms.
23. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Training Terms & Conditions shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising from training programs, certifications, educational services, registrations, payments, partner status, or related matters shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
Participants expressly agree that only the courts of Delhi shall have jurisdiction regarding any such matter.
